If I see something in a shop that forces me to put on sunglasses, I will probably declare that item my next "must have." Nothing makes neutrals pop quite like neon....and it's so easy to incorporate a bright lipstick, a blinding tee, flashy sandals, or a vivid scarf into your arsenal of existing neutral basics. I love this trend.
